What if I'm not happy with my cleaning?
Contact us as soon as possible with a detailed description of what didn't meet your standards. It is our priority that we leave each job well-done.
Do you provide supplies?
Yes! We use all of our own supplies in every clean. If you have specific products that you prefer to be used, just let us know and we'd be happy to use them.
Do I need to be present for my clean?
Whatever makes you comfortable. If you prefer to be on-site while we're cleaning, we are happy to work around you, and maybe even strike up a conversation! If you'd rather schedule us while you are at work or while your business is closed, that's completely fine as well.
